We are committed to protecting personal data submitted through our intake forms, calculators, and account flows on clips.forkoff.xyz. We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically as you use the site.

Provided directly

• ▸Contact details. name, work email, company, role. when you submit a brief, request access, or contact us.
• ▸Brand intake fields. campaign objective, geo and platform mix, sandbox spend range, brand-safety preferences.
• ▸Clipper intake fields. handle, primary platforms, location and age band, niche tags, payout details when relevant.
• ▸Communications. emails, Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp messages you send to our crew.

Collected automatically

• ▸Usage data. IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrers, session duration.
• ▸Device + region. approximate geographic region inferred from IP, device class, OS.
• ▸Cookies and similar. strictly necessary cookies are always on; analytics cookies require your consent via the cookie banner.

• ▸Provide, operate and maintain the Clipping service. feasibility review, qualified-view ledger, payouts.
• ▸Respond to inquiries and deliver per-qualified-view estimates within our 24-hour SLA.
• ▸Improve site experience, performance and conversion paths.
• ▸Send service updates and, with consent, occasional marketing related to clipping.
• ▸Meet legal, accounting and audit obligations.

We use a small, transparent stack. Analytics tools only run after you accept analytics cookies in the banner.

• ▸Vercel Analytics + Speed Insights. aggregated, pseudonymized performance and route metrics. No personal identifiers.
• ▸Google Analytics 4. pseudonymized usage data with 14-month retention. You can opt out via the GA opt-out add-on or browser settings.
• ▸Microsoft Clarity. anonymized session recordings; PII in form fields is automatically masked.
• ▸Google Tag Manager. manages tag deployment only; does not independently collect personal data.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

• ▸Vetted processors. hosting and asset delivery (Vercel, Vercel Blob), analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), conversational support (Chatwoot), meeting scheduling (Calendly), avatar generation (DiceBear), email delivery (Resend), and intake routing (Slack), each bound by data-processing terms. • ▸Brand or clipper counterparties. only the minimum required for a campaign you have opted into.
• ▸Legal disclosure. when required by law, subpoena or to defend our rights.

International transfers happen via standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest where supported. Access to intake records is gated to FORKOFF staff. Even with strong safeguards, no internet transmission is 100% secure. report any concern to crew@forkoff.xyz.
